A large piece of fresh, raw offal is added to the pot later, so it doesn't lose its shape and the flavor of the fat gets absorbed into the soup stock.The vegetables are flavorful, and you can enjoy them until the very end! The fat and crunchy vegetables melt from the juicy fresh offal! The dashi is a Japanese-style "secret hot pot soup" that makes you want to eat it over and over again. Menu☆
